New Orleans police are looking for a person of interest as they investigate an arson spree in Bywater early Monday morning.
Somebody set fire to eight vehicles and a house near Dauphine and Desire Streets. Surveillance video from the neighborhood showed the person the police are looking for.
The NOPD released the video and asked the public for their help in identifying the person of interest.
No injuries were reported in the fires.
