A suspect is in custody for a deadly DWI crash late last month in Terrebonne Parish.

Louisiana State Police responded on March 25th to the crash on State Highway 56 at Josie Court.

Troopers say Michael Boudreaux of Raceland rear-ended a pickup truck driven by Aljean Ledet of Chauvin.

Ledet's truck ran off the road and rolled over. He died at the scene, and Boudreaux was hospitalized.

Boudreaux turned himself in on Thursday. He's charged with DWI, vehicular homicide, and other counts.
