Mayor Helena Moreno is touting her administration's accomplishments during her first 100 days in office, starting with the budget.
New Orleans has cut its $220 million budget deficit in half during that time, and Moreno says the deficit will be gone by next year.
The mayor also pointed out Wednesday that her administration has filled 10,000 potholes and repaired more than 2,000 streetlights.
Chief Administrative Officer Joe Giarrusso says they've been both cutting expenses and finding new funding resources.
