A 15-year-old is in custody in Jefferson Parish and accused of murdering 13-year-old from Harvey.
Deputies announced on Wednesday that the suspect was arrested last Friday, the day after Josiah Brackens was shot and killed.
The suspect is also from Harvey, and is charged with second-degree murder and obstruction of justice. Investigators haven't said anything about a motive for the murder.
