Sentencing will take place on June 1st for a New Orleans man who disrupted the Super Bowl LIX halftime show in the Superdome.

Zul-Qarnain Nantambu was an extra performer during Kendrick Lamar's performance in February 2025.

Nantambu ran across the field waving a Sudanese flag with a "Free Gaza" message on it. Security guards rounded him up, and he was charged with resisting an officer and disturbing the peace.

A jury found him guilty of the first charge but not the second.

Nantambu faces up to six months in prison. He's also banned from all NFL games for life.
