Two suspects are under grand jury indictment for January's deadly shooting at the Dooky Chase Restaurant in Treme.

Kareem Harris was shot and killed, and three tourists were wounded.

New Orleans police believe Makai Kelly pulled the trigger, and Anthony Johnson Jr. was the getaway driver.

Both suspects are indicted for second-degree murder and obstruction of justice.

Kelly is also charged with three counts of aggravated second-degree battery.
