Former New Orleans City Council member Jared Brossett faces charges after his latest drunk driving arrest.
Brossett was booked on Sunday for DWI, violating the minimum speed, and refusing to submit to a sobriety test.
He has been arrested for DWI three times in the past, including twice while he was a City Councilman. In one of those incidents, he reportedly totaled a city-owned SUV.
Brossett previously served in the state House of Representatives, and now works for the Downtown Development District.
