Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy appears firm on his plans to run in the upper chamber, but he's also not ruling out a potential White House bid.
When asked during an appearance on NewsNation, the lawmaker said a presidential run is something he has been approached about and would consider, but he noted that it doesn't mean he will do it.
Kennedy has served the Senate for nearly a decade, and his second term is set to end in January 2029.
Vice President Vance and Secretary of State Marco Rubio are widely seen as the frontrunners to be the GOP's presidential nominee in 2028.
