A special education teacher from Luling is asking for your vote in the Reader's Digest competition for "America's Favorite Teacher."
Logan Dicharry, who teaches at R.J. Vial Elementary School, wrote in her contest submission that she plans to use the award money to continue her education and work on a master's degree.
The winner of the competition will receive $25,000, a trip to Hawaii, and will be featured in the magazine.
You can vote for her at the America's Favorite Teacher website. The first round of voting ends April 4.
