(WVUE/FOX 8) The Bayou Boogaloo Festival along the banks of Bayou St. John has been hard hit by Friday's strong thunderstorms, with tents blown over and water flooding the festival grounds and surrounding streets.
Festival officials are warning people to stay away from the area, which is strewn with debris. The festival was to start today and run through Sunday.
