State officials are still monitoring the impact of the data breach that exposed the personal information of millions of Louisianans.
Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness Director Casey Tingle said there is no evidence the info has been used or sold, and the department believes the Office of Motor Vehicles was the only agency affected.
The update comes about a week after the state first confirmed the MOVEit hack exposed the data of everyone with a Louisiana driver's license.
Residents are urged to keep a close eye on their financial accounts for the time being.
Three Louisiana residents filed a potential class action lawsuit against Progress Software, the makers on MOVEit, on Tuesday.
